BBQ RIBS 
4 c. gluten flour
1/3 c. nutritional yeast flakes
2 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tbsp. salt
1 lg. onion, chopped

Add water to gluten flour, work in yeast flakes, peanut butter and paprika. Saute onions in 1 stick butter. Pour hot sauteed onions and butter over flour mixture. Mix well with hands until gluten is in stringy pieces. Pat off pieces (approximately 2 x 4 inches) in the shape of ribs, should be 1/4 or 1/2 inch thick. Don't roll out or cut! Grease cookie sheet liberally. Bake at 350 to 400 degrees for about 45 minutes or until crispy brown on bottom. Pour BBQ sauce over ribs. Bake 10 minutes longer.
