HICKORY NUT PIE 
1 c. brown sugar (packed)
2 tbsp. white sugar
2 heaping tbsp. flour

Mix and add:

2 c. boiling water
2 eggs (beaten) with 2 tbsp. water (not hot)

Add:

1/3 stick butter
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Cook until thick. Let cool and add 1 cup hickory nuts. Pour into baked pie shell. Top with whipped cream.
