1 box yellow or lemon cake mix
1 egg
1/2 c. butter
1 box powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese

Mix the first 3 ingredients. Press into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix together the remaining ingredients for 5 minutes. Pour over cake mixture in pan.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes at 350°F. Cut into small squares when completely cooled. This is also good if you add coconut to the cream cheese mixture.
