MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef, brown in skillet
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 can Spanish rice
1 can black olives
1 can beans, optional

Mix all contents in skillet and warm it up. Then put in casserole dish and put in oven (350 degrees) and bake 30 minutes. 5 minutes before finished, add cheese on top.
