STRAWBERRY LAYERED SALAD 
2 sm. boxes strawberry Jello
2 c. boiling water
2 sm. boxes frozen strawberries
2 bananas, mashed
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, optional

WHITE LAYER:

1 sm. carton sour cream OR whipped topping
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar

Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Add strawberries and bananas (pineapple if used). Put half of mixture in dish to set firmly.

Beat together softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and fold into either sour cream or whipped topping. Spread white layer over molded Jello. Chill. Add other half of Jello mixture. Refrigerate. Nuts optional. Cut into squares to serve.
