STRAWBERRY FREEZER JAM 
Mix together 5 cups crushed berries and 6 cups sugar; let stand for 1 hour. Bring to a boil over a low heat. Boil hard for 6 minutes. Take off heat, skim off foam or stir it down. Let stand for 24 hours stirring occasionally. put in container and keep in freezer until ready to use. Never double recipe. This is also good for raspberry jam.
