STRAWBERRY JAM FOR FREEZER 
4 heaping c. hulled strawberries
4 c. sugar
1 lemon, juiced

Cook the strawberries and lemon juice in heavy saucepan for 3 minutes. Add the sugar and cook for 8 minutes. Allow to store until the next day. Stir occasionally. Ladle into freezer container and freeze.
