CHILI CON CARNE 
1 lb. kidney beans
1 to 2 lbs. hamburger
1 c. chopped onions
1 can (28 oz.) tomatoes
4 tsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Prepare beans. Brown beef with onions, breaking meat up with a fork as it cooks. Drain fat, if necessary. Blend some of the tomato juice with the seasonings. Break up tomatoes. Combine all ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, 30 to 45 minutes. Makes about 7 1/2 cups.
