DEBY'S OVERNIGHT LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
16 oz. stewed tomatoes
15 oz. tomato sauce
6 oz. tomato paste
1 med. onion
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 tsp. parsley flakes
2 lb. cottage cheese
1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
10 oz. lasagna noodles

Brown beef with onions. Drain. Stir in spices and tomatoes, sauce, and paste. Simmer 20-30 minutes. Layer in two 9 x 13 pans (noodles, cottage cheese, sauce, Mozzarella). Repeat layers. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.

Cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Uncover for the last 10 minutes.
