PIZZA POTATOES 
1 pkg. scallop potatoes
1 can (10 oz.) tomatoes
1/2 c. water
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 pkg. (4 oz.) sliced pepperoni
1 pkg. (4 oz.) shredded cheeses

Mix potato slices, sauce mix in 2 quart dish. Heat water, tomato, oregano to a boil. Stir into potatoes, arrange pepperoni and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. (Pepperoni can be substituted with ground beef or sausage).
