SEAFOOD LOUIE SALAD 
3 oz. imitation crabmeat, cut up
1/4 c. finely chopped green onions
1/4 c. finely chopped celery
2 tbsp. reduced calorie mayonnaise
1 tbsp. ketchup
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Dash white pepper
Salad greens & vegetables

Combine crabmeat, green onions, celery, mayonnaise, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, lemon juice, pepper. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Line salad bowl with greens and desired vegetables. Arrange crabmeat mixture on top of salad. Serves 2.
