2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. quick oatmeal
3/4 c. nuts and-or coconut

Mix first 4 ingredients and bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add next 4 ingredients, mixing well. Drop on waxed paper in suitable size cookies. Let cool.
