EGG ROLLS 
1 1/2 lb. ground pork
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt

Boil the pork in water until not longer pink. Drain. Then add soy sauce, cornstarch and salt. In another bowl beat and fry 2 eggs like omelet. Cool, then cut in strips.

Stir and fry 2 grated carrots. Add 1 bunch chopped green onions. Add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground ginger. Add 1 can drained bean sprouts. Saute until done. Then add to pork mixture and mix. Put in skins. Deep fry.
