CHEESY PIZZA POTATOES 
1 lbs. ground beef
1 pkg. au gratin potatoes
1 c. hot water
2/3 c. milk
1/4 c. ripe olives, sliced and pitted
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 can (16 oz.) whole tomatoes, undrained
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
Dash salt and pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cook and stir beef over medium high heat until brown; drain. Mix beef and remaining ingredients in ungreased 2 quart casserole; break up tomatoes.

Bake at 400 degrees preheated, uncovered 45 to 50 minutes until potatoes are tender. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake until cheese is melted, about 5 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
