BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. stew beef
Diced onion
1/4 c. sour cream
Salt & pepper to taste
2 c. water
1 can golden mushroom soup
1/4 tsp. sugar
10 oz. cooked noodles

Cut the stew meat into small pieces. Brown it in a frying pan with a little shortening. Add 2 cups water and diced onions. When beef is partially done, add 1 can golden mushroom soup. When ready to serve add the sour cream and other ingredients. Pour over the cooked noodles.
