SPINACH BAKE | |
2 boxes frozen chopped spinach, cooked & drained 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing 1 lg. onion, minced 6 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. melted butter 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 1 tbsp. garlic salt 1/2 tsp. thyme 1 tsp. pepper Mix all ingredients and chill. May shape into balls. Freeze on cookie sheet. Keep frozen until ready to bake. Bake at 350 degrees until brown, approximately 10 to 15 minutes. OR, grease 9 inch pie plate. Makes 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |
