REFRIGERATOR PICKLES 
7 c. cucumbers, sliced (approx. 4-5 med. size cucumbers)
1 c. onion, sliced
1 green pepper, finely sliced
2 c. sugar
1 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. celery seed

Combine cucumbers, onion and green pepper in large bowl. Add sugar, vinegar, salt and celery seed; mix well. Cover and store in refrigerator 24 hours before serving. Pickles will last for several weeks. Makes 12 servings.
