POOR MAN'S STEAK 
3 or 4 lb. ground beef (can use half ground turkey)
1 c. cracker crumbs
1 1/4 c. milk
1 pkg. dry onion soup (or 1/4 c. chopped onion)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 1/2 soup cans water

Mix hamburger, crumbs, milk and onion. Spread into 9x12 pan (should be about 1 1/4 inches thick). Cover and refrigerate 3 hours or overnight. Cut in squares; flour and brown in small amount of oil in skillet.

Place in a large or 2 smaller baking dishes. Mix soups and water together and cover meat. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour, uncovered.
