SUGARLESS COOKIES 
2/3 c. chopped dates
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. coconut
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped nuts
1 egg
1 c. flour
1/2 c. soft butter

Sift flour and baking powder, cut in butter. Stir in remaining ingredients and chill 1 hour or more. Make into 1 inch balls. Place on greased cookie sheet. Flatten with fork. Bake 350 degrees for 12- 15 minutes. Store in airtight containers. Do not over bake, bottoms brown easily.
