FRENCH FISH FILLETS 
1 lb. fish fillets
1/4 c. French dressing
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
Paprika

Dip fish in French dressing then in crumbs. Place in a greased shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and cover with waxed paper. Microwave on High for 4 to 6 minutes, turning after 2 1/2 minutes. Serves 2 to 3.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
