OVEN-FRIED LEMON CHICKEN 
Chicken pieces
1/2 c. butter
1 (6 oz.) can frozen lemonade, thawed
Corn flakes, crushed into crumbs

Wash chicken, remove skin if you want. Place chicken in bowl and pour lemonade over. Stir and coat, let stand 1 hour at room temperature. Drain, roll in crumbs. Place in greased shallow pan. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until done.
