BEEF STEW 
1 lb. beef stew (I use boneless chuck roast which I cut into chunks)
2 onions, sliced
2 bouillon cubes, broken
2 tbsp. tapioca
2 tbsp. bread crumbs
1 can mushrooms, size you prefer
Enough water to cover

Mix well, place in a roasting pan. Place in a 325 degree oven for 3 hours. Serve over rice or noodles. Tastes as good as stroganoff with the sour cream.
