BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE 
1/2 c. olive oil
1/3 c. Balsamic vinegar
Juice of 1/2 lemon
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
Fresh pepper
Basil (fresh if available)
Oregano (fresh if available)

Combine garlic, mustard, vinegar and lemon in bowl. Slowly whisk in olive oil until creamy - add herbs and spices to taste. Makes one cup.
