SWEET AND SOUR POTATO SALAD 
4 med. potatoes boiled in the skin
3 hard cooked eggs
6 to 8 green onions, tops optional.
3/4 c. Miracle Whip.
1 tsp. salad mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce (optional)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp VINEGAR

Cool, peel, and dice cooked potatoes. Cool peel and dice 2 hard cooked eggs. (Reserve 1/3 for topping.) Clean and chop green onions. Mix gently eggs, potatoes and onions, in mixing bowl. Mix Miracle Whip, mustard, sugar, salt, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce and add to potatoes and eggs and onions. At this point taste for seasoning desired, for sweet and sour taste. Turn salad into serving bowl. Slice 1/3 hard cooked egg thinly, spread on top of salad in the center. Now sprinkle paprika lightly over salad. Cover and refrigerate some time before serving. Should be well cooled. When finished, salad should be moist, but not sloppy. Basic recipe may be increased or decreased.
