HEALTH BAR DESSERT 
6 egg whites
1 3/4 c. sugar

Whip egg whites until foamy. Add 1 3/4 cups sugar gradually. Beat until very, very, stiff. Line two 9 x 13 inch pans with foil and put half of mixture in each pan. Bake 1 hour at 300 degrees. Cool.

FILLING:

1 pt. cream
12 sm. Health bars (or 6 of the 2 section Health bars)

Remove foil from meringue. Put 1 meringue back in pan. Press down. Making filling by whipping 1 pint cream and then fold in Heath bars. Don't crush bars too fine. Put half of the filling on meringue in pan. Put second meringue on top of filling; press down slightly. Put remaining filling on top. Refrigerate overnight. Cut in squares to serve. This freezes well.
