DOG TEAM STICKY BUNS 
1 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 1/2 c. potato water
2 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
7 c. flour, approximately
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. yeast
Brown sugar
Chopped nuts

In very large bowl, add sugar, salt, and butter to hot potatoes, when they have cooled to lukewarm, add yeast, eggs, and potato water, stir in flour to make stiff dough. Knead until smooth, 8 to 10 minutes. Leave in warm place and let double in size. Punch down. Place in refrigerator and chill (may be left over night). Butter a jelly roll pan thoroughly, cover with 1 to 3 inches of brown sugar. Add enough water to make the sugar wet (about 2 tablespoons). Sprinkle with chopped nuts. Roll dough 1/2 inch thick, brush with melted butter, sprinkle mixture of sugar and cinnamon on rolled dough, then roll like a jelly roll. Cut into 1/2 inch slices. Place side by side in pans, let double. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. Remove immediately from pans by turning upside down on waxed paper.
