GLOSSY CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 sq. (1 oz.) unsweetened chocolate or 1 pkg. Choco-Bake
Dash salt
1/2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Mix cornstarch and sugar. Add chocolate and salt, then water. Cook until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Add butter and vanilla. Spread on cake while hot for a glossy frosting which remains soft and smooth. Will frost 1 loaf cake or one 9 inch square cake.
