CRISP PICKLES SLICES 
4 qts. of sliced cucumbers
6 med. onion slices
2 green pepper
2 red peppers, chopped

Cover with 1/2 cup of salt and put lots of ice and cover them for 3 hours. Drain well and add onions and peppers.

SOLUTION:

4 c. water
2 tsp. turmeric
2 tbsp. ground mustard
2 slices cinnamon bark (broke pieces)
5 c. sugar
3 c. vinegar

Add pickles and green peppers; onions to solution and until they change color. Pack in jars and seal.
