MARINATED SHRIMP 
1 1/2 lb. lg. shrimp, cooked
1 Bermuda onion, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
4-5 bay leaves
1/2 c. oil
1/4 c. red wine vinegar
1/2 c. catsup
Juice of 1 lemon
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. paprika

In a flat dish, layer shrimp, onion slices, lemon slices and bay leaves. Stir remaining ingredients together and pour over shrimp. Turn twice a day. Make at least one day ahead.
