PICKLED OKRA 
1 clove garlic per pint
1 pod hot pepper per pint
1 tsp. dill seed per pint
3 lbs. tiny okra
1 qt. vinegar
1/4 c. salt
1 c. water

Place garlic and pepper in bottom of each jar. Remove part of stem from okra. Rinse and pack in jars. Add dill seeds to each jar. Combine vinegar, water and salt. Simmer 5 minutes. Pour over okra while hot and seal.
