LINZER CAKE 
1 lb. flour
1 lb. sweet butter
2 eggs
1 lb. sugar
1 lb. ground nuts
Peach lekvar

Mix flour and butter like pie dough. Then add sugar, walnuts, and eggs. Mix together lightly. Divide dough in half. Spread 1/2 into pan with fingers; spread with lekvar. Roll the other half. Cut into strips and make lattice top with crisscrossing strips. Brush egg yolk on top. Bake at 350 degrees.
