MARINATED PORK ROAST 
4-5 lb. rolled pork loin roast
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. dry sherry
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. thyme

Combine soy sauce, sherry, garlic, mustard, ginger, thyme in container large enough to hold roast. Marinate 2 to 3 hours at room temperature or overnight in refrigerator. Remove meat from marinade and roast in shallow roasting pan, uncovered at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Baste with marinade the last hour.
