BEEF & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 c. cooked rice
1 c. whole kernel corn
2 beef bouillon cubes
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown beef, onion and peppers. Mix in rest of ingredients. Pour into a 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
