CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
1 sm. chicken, seasoned, boiled and deboned
1 sm. pkg. corn tortillas
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
Garlic salt
Cheese of your choice
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 c. chicken broth

Cut chicken in small pieces. Layer the chicken and the next 6 ingredients in a baking dish. Pour chicken broth and tomatoes over the ingredients and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
