CHICKEN ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked chicken, diced
1 lg. onion, diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
1 can black olives, sliced
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips, crushed

Mix together first 6 ingredients. Place half of chicken mixture in baking dish, top with tortilla chips and 1/2 of cheese. Repeat layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bubbly. Top with avocado slices and sour cream.
