MIXED VEGETABLES 
1 sm. head cauliflower
3 carrots, sliced thin
1/2 pkg. frozen peas
2 potatoes, cubed
1 Bermuda onion
1/2 green pepper, cut in squares
3/4 red pepper, cut in squares
1 to 2 c. fresh green beans, sliced
1 to 2 ribs of celery, sliced
3 zucchini, sliced

SAUCE:

1 c. beef bouillon
1 c. olive oil (no cholesterol)
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tsp. salt
1/2 bay leaf, crumbled
1/4 tsp. tarragon
1/2 tsp. savory

Heat sauce to boiling and pour over vegetables. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 50 minutes. Check for crispness. Serves 10.
