1 c. flour
1 c. water
1 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. salt
1 tsp. cream of tartar
Food coloring

Mix all ingredients into pan. Cook over medium heat until mixture pulls away from sides of pan and becomes like play dough in consistency. Knead until cool. Keeps 3 months unrefrigerated.
