3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated zucchini
1 c. chopped nuts
3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. cocoa

Beat eggs until lemon colored. Add sugar, oil, vanilla and mix well. Add grated zucchini and mix well.

Combine flour, salt, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and cocoa. Add flour to egg mixture. Mix well. Fold in chopped nuts. Pour into two well greased loaf pans. Bake 350 degrees for one hour or until done.
