1 stick butter
1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 lb. box confectioners' sugar
1/4 c. pecans (opt.)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. cocoa

Sift dry ingredients. Melt cheese and butter. Mix in with sugar and cocoa mixture, vanilla and nuts. Line an 8 inch square pan with wax paper. Press into pan, refrigerate until cool.
