1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. milk
1 box confectionery sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts

In a saucepan put butter, cocoa and milk. Melt but do not boil. Remove from heat. Add confectioners' sugar, vanilla and nuts. Mix well. Pour over cake while hot.
