FRIED CORN 
1 doz. fresh ears of corn
1/4 c. minced parsley
Dash of paprika
2 tsp. milk
1 tsp. sugar
1 minced onion
1/4 c. bacon fat or butter

Cut corn from the cob. Mix with parsley, paprika, milk and sugar. Add onion to fat and saute in frying pan. Add corn and cook about 10 to 20 minutes until each grain is soft, stirring constantly. Make 4 to 6 servings.
