CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
Chicken or turkey, cooked
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 can chicken broth
1 bouillon cube

Place cooked meat (chicken or turkey) in bottom of casserole. Mix 1 can of cream of chicken soup with chicken broth. Add bouillon cube to mixture; heat and pour over meat.

TOPPING:

1 pkg. dressing mix
1 egg
1 c. stock
1 med. onion, diced
Celery, diced

Melt butter to saute diced onion and celery. Mix into 1 package dressing mix with poultry seasoning, 1 egg and 1 cup stock. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly.
