BEEF AND NOODLE TOSS 
1 lb. beef, cubed
1 sm. onion or pepper
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
4-5 tbsp. steak sauce
1 med. carrot, shredded
1/2 c. cashews or peanuts
2 tbsp. chopped parsley
1 pkg. (3 oz.) beef flavored ramen noodles

Break noodles into 3 or 4 pieces-save seasoning package. Prepare noodles to package, drain, rinse. Stir fry beef to preferred doneness, remove and keep warm. Add noodles, steak sauce, carrots, nuts, parsley and onion (or pepper of taste--green/jalapeno). Stir fry until hot. Add beef, mix lightly. Serve.
