QUICHE WITH A KICK | |
4 eggs 1 can cheddar cheese soup 1/2 cup cream 1/3 cup chopped onion 1/2 garlic clove, chopped 1/3 cup chopped pepperoncini 1/2 ham steak 1/3 cup diced hard salami 8 oz. extra sharp cheddar cheese 1 (9-inch) DEEP DISH pie shell (unbaked) Beat eggs in medium bowl until fluffy. Add soup and cream. Chop onion, garlic, and pepperoncini, add to soup mix. Cook ham steak, layer with diced salami on bottom of pie shell. Dice cheddar cheese block and layer onto of meats, add soup mixture to pie shell. Bake at 300°F for 50 minutes or until inserted toothpick comes out clean. Submitted by: Experiment Extrordinaire |
