EASY PENUCHE ICING 
1 c. butter
2 c. brown sugar (packed)
1/2 c. milk
3 3/4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar

In saucepan melt butter, stir in brown sugar. Continue cooking over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring. Stir in milk. Bring to a full rolling boil, stirring constantly.

Take out spoon and set in pan of cold water. When you can hold your hand on the bottom of the pan the syrup is cool enough.

Then stir in confectioners' sugar. Set pan in ice water - beat until thick enough to spread. If icing is too thin add more confectioners' sugar; if too thick, add a few drops of hot water.

A hug is a perfect gift, you don't have to exchange it, one size fits all.
