BANANA PINEAPPLE SALAD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange gelatin
2 c. hot water
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
2 tbsp. flour
1 c. pineapple juice (off crushed pineapple)
2 eggs
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 bananas
2 pkgs. dry, whipped topping mix

Dissolve gelatin in hot water; add marshmallows and chill. When mixture has set to the consistency of egg whites, stir in drained, crushed pineapple. Pour in 13"x9" pan and let jell. Mix sugar, flour, pineapple juice and eggs. Cook over low heat until thickened. Add cream cheese and stir until smooth. Then fold in whipped topping mix, prepared according to directions on box. Cool. When gelatin layer is set, slice bananas over top, then pour cream cheese mixture over bananas and sprinkle with nuts.
