MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 can Mexi-corn
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 pkg. Fritos, crushed
1 c. grated cheese
2 tsp. chili powder (or to your taste)
1 can tomato sauce
Salt to taste

Saute hamburger and onion until just done; do not brown. Add all ingredients EXCEPT Fritos and cheese. Simmer about 15 minutes on low heat. Put in casserole serving dish and sprinkle cheese on top. Just before serving, add crushed Fritos to cover top.
