CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES (FROM FRANCE) | |
1 c. oil 3/4 c. brown sugar 3/4 c. white sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 tsp. water 2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. salt 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 c. nuts, if desired Combine oil and sugars. Add eggs, vanilla, and water. Mix well. Sift together and add flour, soda, and salt. Stir in chocolate chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoons onto foil-lined cookie sheets. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. |
