CHILI 
3 lbs. hamburger
4 oz. pkg. pepperoni (optional), ground or chopped
4 (#2) cans pinto beans
2 c. tomato juice
1 c. tomato sauce
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. chili powder
2 minced onions
1/4 c. chopped green peppers
4 tbsp. white vinegar
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
2 dashes of garlic salt
2 tbsp. sugar
8 oz. tomato juice or water

Heat hamburger; add pepperoni, onion, green pepper and brown. Add tomato juice, sauce, vinegar, water and remaining dry ingredients. Mix well. Cover and simmer for at least 40 minutes, stirring occasionally; add beans. Cover and simmer at least 15 minutes. Serves 12.
