PEPPER SHRIMP IN PEANUT SAUCE 
1 lb. fresh or frozen shrimp
8 oz. bow tie pasta
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 tbsp. peanut butter
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tbsp. cooking oil
6 green onions, bias - sliced into 1 inch pieces
2 med. red, yellow or green sweet peppers, cut into strips
Chopped peanuts (optional)
